Delete your account from inside the app or website
If you can sign in, deletion is self-service and takes under a minute:
- Sign in with the email you used for Navaniit Creation.
- Open My account.
- In the Privacy controls section, choose Delete account and confirm.
The same My account page works identically in the Android app and on the website — it is one and the same account.
What happens when you delete
- Immediately: your session ends and access to your data stops. Your saved readings, reports and profile are no longer served to anyone.
- Within about 24 hours: your account and personal data (name, date of birth, email, saved readings, generated reports) are permanently deleted by our scheduled deletion process. This short grace window exists solely so an accidental deletion can be reported to us before it becomes irreversible.
- What is retained: records of payments and orders are anonymized (your identity is removed from them) and kept only as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. They can no longer be linked to you.
Before you delete
On the same Privacy controls section you may first use Download my data to export everything we hold about you. After deletion this is no longer possible.
If you cannot sign in
If you no longer have access to your account, email our Grievance Officer at grievance@navaniitcreation.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We will verify the request and carry out the deletion under the same process described above. See also our Grievance page and Privacy Policy.
