1. Nothing renews automatically
This is the short answer, and it is the one most people are looking for: we never charge you a second time on our own.
We hold no auto-renewal mandate, no e-mandate and no autopay instruction against your bank or card. Nothing in our system is scheduled to bill you again. Every payment you make to Navaniit Creation is one you started deliberately, for one fixed term.
So there is nothing to cancel in the recurring-billing sense. A subscription runs for the term you bought and then simply stops. There is no cancellation deadline you can miss, and no silent second charge to watch for. If you want to continue after your term ends, you place a new order yourself. If you do nothing at all, you are not billed again.
2. How a subscription ends
A subscription ends in exactly two ways, and there is no third:
- Its term runs out. When your payment is verified, we record one end date — the moment of that verification plus that package's term — and access ends by itself when that date passes.
- We end it early. Only the owner of the business account can end a live subscription before its date, and our system will not record it without a written reason. We do not do this routinely; it exists for situations such as an abuse or fraud investigation. Even then we do not delete the record — the end date, the time it was ended and the reason are all kept, so that a later question about why your access stopped has an answer. Deleting your account removes that record along with the rest of your data.
You can see your own end date, and how many days are left, at /billing.
3. What happens to your access
Access runs to the end of the term you have paid for. Telling us you are finished does not switch it off early — there is no mid-term cut-off in our software, and we would rather you had the time you bought than lose it for tidiness.
For the same reason there is no pro-rata cash-out of the unused part of a term: our system does not divide a term or return part of one. If you believe money is owed back to you, that is a refund question and it is answered separately — see §7.
If you want your access to stop immediately, the way to do that is to delete your account. That is self-service: Delete account on your account page ends access the moment it is confirmed. It is a stronger and permanent step, and it is described in full at /delete-account.
When a term ends normally, the paid tools close and everything in §4 and §5 below stays yours.
4. Your credits do not expire
Report credits — whether they came with a subscription or you bought them separately — have no expiry date. There is no expiry logic anywhere in our system. Your balance is simply everything ever added to your account minus everything ever spent, with no clock attached to it, and a spend is checked against that balance. It does not check whether a subscription is live.
Credits left over when your subscription ends therefore stay in your account and remain spendable afterwards.
5. Reports you have already generated
Reports are a separate purchase from tool access. A subscription does not include free reports, and someone whose subscription has ended can still buy one — two products, two entitlements.
Because of that, a report you have already generated does not disappear when a subscription ends. Opening it does not check whether you currently hold a subscription. Closing a paid package never takes back something that was already bought and delivered to you.
How long we keep your saved material, and how to have it erased sooner, is governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy — not by whether you are a subscriber.
6. How to ask us to cancel
There is no cancel button in the app or on the website, and we would rather say so than send you looking for one. Because nothing renews, there is nothing a button could switch off.
If you want your intention on record — so that we do not follow up with you about the package, and so there is no doubt later about what you asked for — email grievance@navaniitcreation.in with:
- Your registered account email
- Which package you mean
- A sentence saying you wish to cancel
A person reads it. We will write back confirming your end date and what stays with you. Please do not send us your password or your card details — we will never ask for either.
7. Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund
A cancellation note does not by itself start a refund. Whether a refund is available is set out separately in our Refund Policy at /refund.
Refunds are arranged by a person after you write in; there is no automatic in-app refund. So if you want money back, please say so explicitly rather than assuming a cancellation message will be read as a refund request.
