About Navaniit Calc

1. Who we are

Navaniit Calc is a numerology and Ramal calculator product of Navaniit Creation, operated by SG Tech, a proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India. The full business identity — the registered address and our registration numbers — is set out in section 8.

We are based in India, and the product is offered to Indian users first. This page is published in full in both English and Hindi, and every page of the product carries a language toggle. One exception, said plainly rather than glossed over: sections 3–12 of our Privacy Policy have not been translated yet, and a Hindi reader sees those sections in English until that translation is ratified.

Everything we sell is delivered over the internet. There is no physical product: we do not ship, post or courier anything, and we never ask you for a delivery address.

2. What the product does

Navaniit Calc is software that computes. You enter a name, a date of birth, a mobile number or a cast of four figures; the calculator applies fixed rules and shows the result as a grid, a chart or a table — the same inputs give the same result every time.

Seventeen calculators: Lo Shu Grid, Numerology Calculator, Name Numerology, Vedic Grid, Vastu Grid, Compatibility, Kundli, Lucky Numbers, Personal Year, Mobile Number Check, Hora Numerology, Prashn Kundali, Maha Dasha, Trigunam Chart, Complete Chart, Ramal Calculator and Ramal Kundli.

The Numerology Report is a document generated from your numbers: the calculators run on your name and date of birth, and the report sets out the results section by section, in English or Hindi, on screen and as a PDF you can download. Nothing is held back for a higher tier — there is one report, and it is the full one.

Three packages: Numerology, Ramal and Full, each for a fixed term at one price. The calculator pages themselves are open to read. Producing a result needs a signed-in account with a package that covers that calculator: the calculation runs on our server, and so does the entitlement check, on every surface, web and app alike — a visible button is never by itself an entitlement.

3. How it is delivered

Online only. Every result, chart and report opens on screen in your own browser and is saved to your account; the Numerology Report can also be downloaded as a PDF. Nothing is shipped, posted or couriered, and there is no delivery charge on any order. The details are on our Delivery Policy.

4. How a result is computed

You enter your details through a form — a name, a date of birth, and for some calculators a time and place of birth or a cast of figures. There is no open chat box. Nothing is inferred from a free-text conversation with a machine. That is an architectural commitment, not a feature we have yet to build.

A calculation engine then computes your numbers: Moolank, Bhagyank, the Lo Shu grid, the planes, the name number and the rest. It is written as pure functions with no external calls — a contract test scans every engine file on every build and fails the build if one appears — so the same details always produce the same numbers.

The text in a Numerology Report comes from written reference material, selected by the numbers the engine computed. No language model is called on the report path. A report is engine output plus that material. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

5. Disclaimer

Navaniit Calc is a calculation tool for the study of numerology and Ramal. Results are computed by fixed rules for educational and informational use. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no outcome is promised.

6. How we take payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST — 18 % GST is added at checkout and the total is shown to you before you pay. This is one rule for everything we sell: a package, and a report credit priced at ₹10 before tax.
  • Payment for a new order is taken only through our payment gateway (a licensed Indian payment aggregator), on its secure checkout — UPI, card or net banking, as the checkout offers them. Your access opens when the gateway confirms the payment — there is no reference number to submit. Only if the gateway's confirmation does not match your order (a different amount, for example) does someone on our team check it before your access opens. We no longer take new orders by a transfer to a UPI address of our own.
  • Card and bank details are entered on the gateway's checkout and handled by the gateway; we hold no card details of any kind. While online payment is not open to you, the checkout says so — "Online payment is not open yet. Nothing has been charged." — and takes no money.
  • There is no auto-renewal, and no standing instruction on your bank. We hold no mandate, no e-mandate and no autopay authority. A package simply runs to its end date and stops. Because nothing renews itself, there is nothing to cancel — if you want another term, you buy one deliberately.
  • Report credits do not expire. A credit you have bought or been granted carries no expiry date.
  • Online purchase is controlled by a switch we operate. While it is closed, the site says so plainly, in that same line, and takes no money — rather than taking money into a flow that cannot complete.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund.

7. Your data and your rights

We handle your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). What we collect, why, how long we keep it and who it reaches is set out in full in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Our Grievance Officer is named on the Grievance page. Write to grievance@navaniitcreation.in; the categories handled, and what to put in your email, are listed there. We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and to resolve within 30 days.

You can delete your account yourself from your account page, or from /delete-account if you cannot sign in.
