1. Navaniit Creation — who we are
Navaniit Creation is a digital numerology and spiritual-guidance service operated by Prof. Dr. Navaniit Narayandas Mandhaani. Our tagline is "Designing Your Future."
We are based in India, and the service is offered to Indian users first. This page is published in full in both English and Hindi, and every page of the product carries a language toggle. One exception, said plainly rather than glossed over: sections 3–12 of our Privacy Policy have not been translated yet, and a Hindi reader sees those sections in English until that translation is ratified.
Everything we sell is delivered over the internet. There is no physical product: we do not ship, post or courier anything, and we never ask you for a delivery address.
2. What we offer
- Numerology and Vedic calculation tools — the Lo Shu grid, name numerology by the Chaldean and Pythagorean systems, the personal-year cycle, the Maha Dasha timeline, the Vedic and Vastu grids, the Complete Chart, a sidereal (Lahiri) Kundli, and the lineage's Ramal Vidya geomancy calculator, among others. The tool pages themselves are open to read. Producing a result needs a signed-in account and an active package that covers that tool: the calculation runs on our server, and so does the entitlement check, on every surface, web and app alike — a visible button is never by itself an entitlement.
- One complete numerology report. There is one report and it is the full one; nothing is held back for a higher tier. It is generated only for a signed-in account holding a valid purchase or a report credit.
- One-to-one consultation services with Prof. Dr. Mandhaani — Vaastu consultancy, signature analysis (graphology), business-name selection, logo design, marriage consultancy, mobile-number numerology, scientific visiting cards, and newborn naming and timing. These are arranged directly by phone or email. They are not sold or paid for through this website.
3. The practitioner behind the practice
Prof. Dr. Navaniit Narayandas Mandhaani is a numerologist, graphologist, and Vaastu and Ramal practitioner. He founded Navaniit Creation and leads it.
He has practised numerology, graphology and the allied sciences for more than fifteen years. The family methodology his practice draws on is older than his own work — a lineage of 35+ years. We keep those two figures apart on purpose: the longer one belongs to the lineage, not to one person, and this platform exists to bring that lineage into a private, structured, everyday tool.
Qualifications, as he states them: B.Com. and M.Com. (University Ranker); M.Phil. and Ph.D. (Commonwealth University); D.T.L., GDC&A and DCSA.

4. How a reading is produced
You enter your details through a guided form — your name, your date of birth, and for some tools a time and place of birth. There is no open chat box. Nothing is inferred from a free-text conversation with a machine. That is an architectural commitment, not a feature we have yet to build.
A private numerology engine then derives your numbers: Moolank, Bhagyank, the Lo Shu grid, the planes, your name number and the rest. It is written as pure functions with no external calls — a contract test scans every engine file on every build and fails the build if one appears — so the same details always produce the same numbers.
The words around those numbers come from the practice's own written teaching material. Since August 2026 no language model is called on the report path: a report is engine output plus that material. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
5. What we do not claim
Our reports and tools are offered for reflection and self-understanding. They are not predictions, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Outcomes are never guaranteed and individual experiences vary. We write in terms of tendencies, not certainties.
6. How we take payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, inclusive of 18 % GST — the figure on the page is what you pay. Report credits are the single exception: a credit is priced at ₹10 before tax, and 18 % GST is added on top.
- Payment today is by manual UPI. You pay to our UPI address and submit the UTR from your payment app. A person on our side checks it against the bank record and opens your access at that point — we target within 24 hours of your submitting the UTR. It is not automatic, and we say so rather than promise instant delivery we cannot perform.
- A payment gateway (Razorpay) is planned but is not live. We do not accept card or netbanking payments today, and we hold no card details of any kind.
- There is no auto-renewal, and no standing instruction on your bank. We hold no mandate, no e-mandate and no autopay authority. A package simply runs to its end date and stops. Because nothing renews itself, there is nothing to cancel — if you want another term, you buy one deliberately.
- Report credits do not expire. A credit you have bought or been granted carries no expiry date.
- Online purchase is controlled by a switch we operate. While it is closed, the site says so plainly and asks you to contact us directly, rather than taking money into a flow that cannot complete.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at
/refund.
7. Your data and your rights
We handle your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). What we collect, why, how long we keep it and who it reaches is set out in full in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
Our Grievance Officer is Dr. Navaniit Mandhaani. Write to him at grievance@navaniitcreation.in. The categories he handles, and what to put in your email, are listed at /grievance. We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and to resolve within 30 days.
