1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Navaniit Creation, a digital service operated by Dr. Navaniit Mandhaani ("we", "us", "Navaniit") that produces numerology + spiritual-reflection reports using calculated engine outputs and curated AI narrative. By creating an account, generating a report, or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we provide
- Free numerology calculator tools, usable without an account
- Paid premium reports priced in INR, generated only for signed-in accounts holding a valid purchase
- A yearly tool-access membership
- A bilingual experience (English and Hindi)
Reports are reflective tools, not predictions, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or guarantees of any outcome. We use language consistent with "tendencies, not certainties" throughout.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, generate paid reports, or make payments. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
4. Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. You agree to provide accurate name and date of birth — the engine relies on these to compute your numerology values. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the service.
5. Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of 18 % GST. We accept payment via UPI (manual verification within 24 hours) or, when enabled, via Razorpay (real-time settlement). All sales are subject to our Refund Policy at /refund. We never store full card details; the payment gateway handles PCI-compliant tokenisation.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or expose our reports as a competing API
- Reverse-engineer the numerology engine
- Use automation to scrape generated content
- Submit content (names, queries) intended to harass, defame, or harm a third party
- Use the service for anything illegal under Indian law
7. Intellectual property
The numerology methodology, fragment library, lineage IP, prompts, and codebase are owned by Navaniit. Your generated report is yours to keep, share, and print, but the underlying templates and methodology are not licensed beyond the personal use of the buyer.
8. Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or membership in question.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from /account. Account deletion follows our DPDPA-aligned 24-hour grace policy described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
